One selection one winner

Things beginning to motor now with a cracking 10/1 (SP) winner to follow up our two winners yesterday.

We just had the one selection:

Sue Smith's veteran was heavily backed this morning but was surprisingly allowed to drift to 10/1 at SP, and won really well. Given a terrific ride by ten pound claimer Jonathan England, he was allowed to bowl along at the head of affairs for much of the contest and as others began to struggle in behind him, the 12yo found himself nicely clear and never looked in danger of being caught. The horse has a brilliant record at Carlisle and is a credit to connections.
