A bleak day weather wise in Chepstow for our two selections today and the performances of both were similar.
In the 1.35, we put Chilla Cilla up at 5/1 as a 1pt selection, on his second run for Anthony Honeyball. Still searching for her first career win she was being nicely supported, but things didn't work out in terms of price and result. Going off at 7/1 she was up there for a while, but dropped away tamely and was very well beaten.
At 2.45, we had Glebehall Bay as an 8/1 shot, trying to win at his first attempt over fences. He was always off the pace, but did stay on to grab fifth in the end as the fog and drizzle descended, but well behind the winner.
