New flat season, same profits!

Day one of the new flat season then today, and we started in the best possible way with a nice 6/1 winner at Redcar, giving us 3pts of profit from the four of our selections which ran.

We had:

Formedable ran quite well after starting at 17/2, just tired close to home, finishing third.

Dazeen was well behind making the turn for home but stayed on quite nicely under a tender ride, to suggest possibly more to come, although he was well beaten today after going off at 12/1.

Baltimore Clipper was unfortunately a non runner.

Another Wise Kid won his maiden really well, always racing prominently he quickened nicely clear in the last furlong to win by more than two lengths to give us our return for the day and record hopefully the first of many wins for us in the flat season ahead. With b.o.g we got an extra half point of profit with the SP returning 6/1.

While it was a good day profits wise, it wasn't in terms of value with Sourchamp another to drift, being pushed right out to 12/1 at the off. He was up there for a while but couldn't go with them and ended up well beaten.

Just to add, we didn't have any selections yesterday (Tuesday).

So it's the last day of what's been another fantastic month tomorrow, if April can close to the profits we've seen in February and March we'll be very happy!
